About
Hope•Full
Hope•Full Nutrition was founded upon the belief that there is room for all foods in a healthy diet.
Here, the word “diet” just means the foods we eat on a regular basis, not a strict set of rules and restrictions. I believe there are no “forbidden” foods. Food is not intrinsically “good” or “bad” and shouldn’t be categorized as such. A donut is just a donut and a carrot is just a carrot. For years the diet industry has told us otherwise, so they can keep us trapped in the endless cycle of dieting and trying to change our bodies. They’ve spread the false message that we must be perfect in order to succeed in living a healthy life (often promoting their products and diet plans along the way).
Hope•Full Nutrition is here to give hope that your goals can be met in a practical and obtainable way. My mission is to help equip you with the needed tools, knowledge, and habits to live a full life. If you’re feeling hopeless, defeated, lost, or confused in the world of nutrition, Hope•Full Nutrition was made just for you.

Haylee Shelton, RD
Owner/ Registered Dietitian
Hello! I’m Haylee, a Registered Dietitian located in Orlando, Florida. I earned my degree in clinical and community dietetics from the University of Cincinnati in 2016. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients in both the acute and outpatient setting.
In 2019, I set out on an adventure I’ve been dreaming about for years: my own nutrition counseling private practice. I’m passionate about helping others understand the role that nutrition plays in the larger picture of health. By combining my clinical knowledge with community experience, I’m prepared to find the right nutrition therapy for you. Whether it be navigating your way through disordered eating recovery, identifying and maintaining your healthiest weight, managing chronic disease, or general nutrition education, you’ve come to the right place. I take an evidence-based, yet practical approach to nutrition, so there’s nothing to be afraid of if you’re considering making changes to your diet and, more importantly, your life.
