Disordered Eating
Given the complex nature of disordered eating, professional nutritional advice is an important part of your treatment. Disordered eating includes anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating, avoidant/restrictive food intake, night eating syndrome, as well as those not otherwise specified.
My goal is to provide education on how to properly nourish your body, while maintaining emotional and psychological stability. We will address fears and struggles surrounding food, weight, and body image. You will never be pressured into making changes that you are not ready for or are uncomfortable making. I am your teammate for recovery and I want to help you regain your health at your own pace.
